• Identify your own leadership style.
• Explain when and how to apply a particular leadership style in the workplace.
• Distinguish between delegation and allocation of work and decide what you can delegate and to whom
• Explore the team dynamic and recognise how to progress the team through the stages that occur within the dynamic
• Explain how to develop trust within a team
